What's the Deal? From Everyone Counts to Votem: Frequently Asked Questions
If you haven’t heard the news, Everyone Counts has been acquired by Votem. While we work to merge our companies, naturally our clients have questions. We’ve answered frequently asked ones below, but please tell us if you have a question we may have missed and we’ll add it to the list!
Please check out our updated background story on our “About Us” page as well!
Will my team change?
All key customer-facing and technical personnel from Everyone Counts agreed to join the Votem team, so the people who have delivered great service for you before will continue to do so, with the addition of even more resources thanks to the dedicated team already at Votem before the acquisition.
Will the products I use change?
For the immediate future you will not experience any changes. However, over the coming year, we will expand our product line and continue to upgrade the technology and user experience across all products that you currently use. We will share our product roadmap with you in the next few months and we hope that we can get your direct feedback before we formally agree to and publish our 12-18 month product plans.
Will there be additional products/services available?
Yes! This is one of the most exciting aspects of the change. We would love to set up a time to discuss the enhancements that will be available to our product line as a result of this transaction.
When will change of communication go into effect?
Everyone Counts emails will forward to @Votem.com emails for the next several months, but if you'd like to get in the habit of using our shiny new emails now, the naming convention is [first initial][last name]@votem.com.
For example, John Smith would be firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my help desk emails change?
New help desk emails with @votem will be provided to you shortly, but your @everyonecounts.com emails will still be read and resolved quickly in the meantime!
Will my election URL change?
While urls will not change in the short-term, sales and operations will work together with our customers to set up a new url on the votem domain for elections in 2019.
